1. How much is postage ?

West Malaysia Standard Delivery - RM10
East Malaysia Standard Delivery - RM15

2. Delivery timeline ?

All order will be processed EVERYDAY except on Sunday and on the same day if order are submitted before 4pm each day. Order submitted after 4 pm will be processed the next day. 

Standard Delivery within WM takes 1-3 working days ;
Sabah / Sarawak takes 5-7 working days.

However, delivery times may differ slightly between carriers.

For International order, we offer a flat rate of MYR50 to MYR100 shipping charge depending on your location.

3. Do you offer Express Delivery ?

Yes, we offer express delivery via Grab Delivery or Lala Move in case of any urgent order. This service is only limited to customers within Johor Bahru area at the moment. Send us a WHATSAPP message (+60172992208) for express delivery request.

4. How to track my order ?

Tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail or SMS once your order is processed. 

4. Do you provide Self-Pickup service ?
Yes we provide self-pickup service. You simply place your order online and we’ll have it ready for collection, please drop by at the stated address to collect your purchases. Or you can WHATSAPP (+60172992208) to arrange time for your collection.
