1. Are your products authentic?

Yes, all our listed items are 100% ORIGINAL as we are the OFFICIAL AUTHORISED RETAILERS of these brands. We do not support the making or selling of counterfeit products so rest assured the item you receive is 100% authentic. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

2. Is your items Ready Stock or Pre-Order?

All items are Ready Stock unless stated otherwise.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. International order normally arrives about 3 – 4 weeks from ship date. Customers are responsible for any international customs duty fees and taxes that may be charged during the shipping process. Invoices and customs forms cannot be edited to reflect a different amount than what was paid or edited to reflect a different declaration.

Unfortunately, international customs process may take some time when shipping to a foreign country. We ask for your patience during this process.
